PAYMENT:

You can pay for the conference in various ways, including by email, fax, phone, or by mail. Please note that you must arrange your own accommodation (see 'Hotel Bookings' below).

IMPORTANT: NEW VISA RULES

Citizens of countries from which a visa is required to enter Ireland are requested to register at least two months before the conference (no later than 14th July 2008) in order to allow time for visa processing. After that date, applications by people who need a visa cannot be processed and will not be acknowledged. Full details of requirements for Irish visa applications are available HERE.

(Special rates are available for delegates checking in 11 Sep at the earliest and checking out 19 Sep at the latest. The hotel regrets that special rates cannot be extended to the weekend after the conference by dint of a big sporting event being held in Dublin and hotel rooms being at a premium.)

GETTING THERE:

For those arriving at Dublin airport, all three hotels can be reached by taxi for a cost of about 35. Alternatively, take the Aircoach from bus stop No.5 opposite the arrivals terminal. Tickets are purchased at the stop before boarding the coach, the current cost is 7. State that you are going to the Davenport hotel at Merrion Square North. It is then only 50 metres to the hotel.
