Venue and Floor Plan
Excepting the opening reception and Monday night social event, all events will be held on the Mezzanine Level of the Westin Downtown Denver Hotel.
Our opening reception will be held on Sunday, September 16th on the rooftop deck overlooking the mountains and the city.
All technical sessions will be held in the Confluence Ballroom on the Mezzanine Level on the third floor of the hotel, Monday through Thursday.
This is where all of the educational sessions will take place and also where the awards dinner will be held on Wednesday evening. We will “celebrate the west” with line dancing lessons after dinner. So bring your cowboy boots and ten gallon hat and be prepared to dance your feet off.
Monday through Thursday, lunch will be held in the Platte River Room.
All full conference delegates are welcome to attend the Monday night social event being held at Wynkoop Brewing Company 1634 18th St, Denver, CO 80202
