The Oxford 2020 conference committee are now accepting abstract submissions for podium presentations of 20 minutes and for poster submissions. The theme of the conference is “RPE Use and Users”; details of the technical areas of interest to the conference are given on the home page. ISRP Abstract Submission Guidance
Abstract should consist of a title (Font; Arial, size 11, UPPER CASE, bold) and not exceeding 20 words.
Author and co-authors' details (all in lower case):
- Full first and family name(s) (Font; Arial, size 11)
- Presenting author's name should be in bold.
- Affiliation details: department, institution, city, state (Font; Arial, size 10, in italics)
- E-mail address of corresponding author (Font; Arial, size 10, in italics)
Abstract layout (Font; Arial, size 11, maximum word count 350) - Abstracts should contain the following:
- Background/problem statement
References are not obligatory and will be included in the word count.
Graphs and images can be included in abstract. A maximum of 3 images can be included per abstract. Images should be of high resolution and comprehensible. All images should be embedded within the Word file. The abstract should fit onto a single page in word (i.e. an A4 page).
All abstracts should be presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
If you wish to present a Poster at the conference then you should start your title with the word POSTER in bold text. Otherwise all abstracts received will be considered for a podium presentation.
