Another successful Americas Section Meeting
The 2017 Americas Section Technical Conference and Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Pittsburgh PA. The focus of the meeting was powered air-purifying respirators and included 11 presentations and 10 posters. Sixty seven people attended the conference.

ISRP Research Needs
ISRP is seeking input on respiratory protection needs from the Americas section. These needs are to be posted on the ISRP website and provided to our partners to provide a common list to help guide researchers globally.
ISRP Americas Technical Conference and Annual General Meeting 2017
The ISRP Americas Section will hold its Technical Conference and Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Crowne Plaza Inn and Suites South, in Pittsburgh PA on September 13, 2017. An optional social event will be held at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse following the meeting. BJ’s is in walking distance of the hotel.
ISRP Americas Announces 2016 Arthur Johnson Award Winner
The Americas Section of the International Society for Respiratory Protection is happy to announce the winner of the 2016 Arthur Johnson Young Researcher Award in Respiratory Protection, Florence Janvier (University of Montreal).
